December 28, 2019 - Light gold and tiny bubbles. Took about 30 min to open up. A touch of oxidation one the nose with baked green apples, citrus zest. Medium acidity and a bit of building intensity in the mid palate and then just takes a nose dive - there’s no finish. The palate matches the nose with a bit of bitterness. Maybe at half the price?

Ripe citrus, peach, minerals, some caramel and a bit of butter.
Medium acidity, medium body, brut feeling. Simple but not disappointing, in 3/5 years it will be something interesting.
