October 10, 2020 - My first time with gringet. Medium straw colour in the glass. A bit of lemon and chalk on the nose, and maybe apples. In the mouth it had a slight viscosity, rich feeling like a marsanne. Didn't feel there was a great deal of acidity as some reviews have commented, perhaps having faded by this point. On the palate it had a slightly fermented tang, with notes of apple (or yes, pear, as some have noted), lemon curd and a clean, slightly saline finish. A nice wine and definitely a different experience.

February 8, 2020 - I very much enjoyed this wine. A very mineral wine with a distinct quinine note on the palate. Nice acidity and a lingering finish. Don’t drink too cold, the flavors and aromas are more developed as the wine warms up.

December 3, 2019 - Drank over two days. Initially, pretty tight but eventually gave way to some pleasurable flavors and swallows. Like Isaac mentions, a little plump but quickly leads to a nice mineral cut. Stone fruit, apple, chalk, rocks. The most intellectual wine from Savoie I've had. Enjoyed it. 91pts.

April 25, 2019 - Alpine wines (Dino's Grotto - Washington, DC): Dense nose – there is a lot in here – but it breathes and show lemon curd, honey, sea salt. Killer depth on the palate, there’s this plump texture but the acidity and minerality are laser-liked, focused, and pristine. Pretty apples and lemons mixed with minerals, smashed rocks, chalk dust and salted almond. Deep, pretty, this really started to sing after a few hours open. My wine of the night.
