March 1, 2024 - (Nur 1000 Flaschen Produktion. Aktuell auf Basis des 2016ers mit 31 Kräutern angereichert. 16% Alkohol). Helles Granatrot. Die Nase ist würzig, zeigt Zimt, Quinin, Vermut, Thymian, Oragenzesten, Lavendel, Zedernholz, Rosinen, ein wunderbarer Duft. Im Gaumen kräftig, sehr aromatisch, das ist ein kleines Spektakel, wie ein herb-würziges Dessert, jedoch ohne zu viel Süsse, dieses Produkt hat Charakter, Komplexität und eine wunderbare Länge. Das Bitterchen im Abgang ist perfekt dosiert. Grandios.

January 15, 2024 - Briefly, this is my first Barolo Chinato so I'm not sure how to judge this, but for me it's a rather nice cross between a good mulled wine and a ruby port. Strong cinnamon, cloves, perhaps a little sweet for my taste but certainly a pleasant tipple for a glass after dinner in the winter.
