October 11, 2019 - A more detailed tasting note:
On the nose, you get honey, apricots, peaches, orange zest, almonds, herbs, clove, cinnamon.
On the palate, honeyed sweetness, candied fruit, sweet pears, almonds (like an almond liqueur), stone fruits, and some delightful mint / licorice / cola / spices / herbs at the back of the palate with some peaches. Some egg character somewhat similar to a kueh bumkit. Yummy! -

October 1, 2019 - Pio Cesare Vermouth - wow this was pretty amazing! Impeccably well balanced and delicious, smooth, and with a great balance of fruit, candied fruit and spices. Definitely going to place an order for some of these. 94/100
