May 9, 2021 - Fancy wrapping, feels like Christmas. Bottle 1424 of 2200 has had 12 years on lees and now 6 years in bottle. Less impactful than I was expecting, quite subtle and saline with an exquisite bead and good length.
C: Light golden yellow
N: lemon preserves, minerals, river rocks and biscuits
P: Very gentle bead, saline, lemon, lemon rind, lemon barley, almond, quite savoury, excellent length

September 17, 2019 - Mild, coffee, lots of smoke and coffee aromas here. Harmonious, caressing, develops note of salami. Gorgeous and WOTN for many.

August 10, 2019 - Wow, this is superb. Age and complexity from 12 years on its lees, with hints of truffle, but combined with an incredibly fresh lemon curd. This would hold it's own against the luxury cuvees of the grand marques, but at around half the price.

September 11, 2018 - @ The World of Fine Wine (List) Awards. Delicious rich and complex Sparkling wine which made a heavenly combination with the Jersey Rock oysters served just next of the House of Arras stand!
