  May 22, 2020 - Medium ruby color. Medium aroma of jammy black fruits and liquorice. Dry, bracing acidity, coarse tannins, deep fruity forward taste of ripe blackcurrant, blackberry, pepper. Little complexity and bit too fruity. Full body and long finish. Can rest a while more.

  March 15, 2019 - Purple in color. Nose: dust, spice, blueberry jam. Attack: tart raspberries, but lots of sweet cooked mulberries. Finish: pepper and leather. Hollow mid-palate. Thin body. Medium length.

  January 12, 2019 - nice deep red color, nice fruity nose, with a bit of spice, quite typical for a zin.
  good mouthfeel, power on the palate, with the spice taking a more dominant role.

  January 1, 2019 - Garnet, opaque. Reserved aroma of black cherries. Fairly full bodied on the palate but round and smooth; medium acid, light tannin. More dark than red fruit flavors. Very pleasant wine, but I wouldn't identify it as zin as an unknown. Drinkable now.
