February 20, 2022 - Not sure if it was pairing or other available options but this did not stand out in the way I'd hoped given 1st experience. Wonder if it's fading or just not as lively/fun due to bottle variation. Gave it ample decant time, hopefully not tooo much, 3 more to try so we'll see if it comes back around.

June 22, 2021 - Ripe raspberry and strawberry aromas with earthy and spicy notes. Ripe fruit also in the mouth. In a nice drinking window now.

April 18, 2021 - Decanted for 3 hours. Aromas of cranberry, cherry, rhubarb and mushroom. Flavors of strawberry, cherry, hint of cranberry, earth and hint of mushroom. Ends with a 20+ second finish with a nice cherry note. With some air this was quite nice. Had my doubts in the beginning.
