October 21, 2023 - Nose of black raspberry, black cherry, currant, licorice, mocha and baking spice. Red and black fruit, mocha, licorice, spice and ripe tannins on the palate. Long finish. Full bodied. Served with grilled strip steaks and chimichurri sauce.

April 22, 2023 - Aerated with a Vinturi and decanted for 30 minutes. Nose of black raspberry, currant, mocha, licorice and forest floor. Red and black fruit, licorice, spice and forest floor on the palate. Very long finish. Full bodied. Served with reverse seared strip steaks and chimichurri.

January 29, 2022 - Red fruits, hint of eucalyptus which gets more pronounced as the evening went on. High acidity, soft tannin, well made wine. Similar experience to the other round pond wine I had a while back.

July 4, 2021 - Flamboyant Napa cab of red and blue fruits. Quite smooth and ans polished, with a forward plush texture. Mild oak signature but this integrated over time and added a vanilla sweetness. Very much enjoyed on July 4th with burgers.
