November 16, 2021 - Deep gold color. Nose of apple, pineapple, ginger and toast. Tastes of golden apple, dried pineapple, ginger and oak. Finishes with some bitter orange pith. Modest acidity.

March 18, 2020 - Beautiful fruit with just a hint of neutral oak, just right acidity and balance. Very nice.
