February 23, 2020 - Light yellow, clear. A: toffee, cream, nutty, ripe golden apple, and a bit of clove, concentrated nose. Plush on entry, great texture/richness, some brief tropical fruit that changes to white peach on day 2. All of this is then backed up by a wave of mineral, citrus, even some pith. Nice and complete wine now but could stand some more waiting.
