March 24, 2024 - Has really benefited from a few more years in the cellar. Lovely golden colour. I thought there was a good bit of Chardonnay in this but it’s apparently 100% PN. Lovely lemon biscuit flavour. Will buy more of this. Superb champagne.

March 17, 2024 - Disgorged June 2023 and been on lees for 10 to 12.5 years! 100% Pinot Noir from Bouzy. Exceptionally fresh. Nose of bruised apples, almonds, brioche. Slightly oxidative. Palate is lively and long with similar notes to the nose. Really fine mousse. So balanced with tertiary and primary characteristics. Reminds a little of an aged bottle of Krug. Worth seeking out IMHO.
