  January 1, 2020 - Very rounded mouthfeel of light vanilla and caramel. Tropical fruit flavors of guava and mango. Well balanced acidity, medium finish.

  September 9, 2019 - Juicy, expressive nose focused on red fruit. Dusty, slightly smoky aromas over red berries and cherry. Some cinnamon toast. On the palate, it comes across a bit hot, but at 13.9% abv I attribute that more to how my palate sometimes reads acid. It's a more elegant expression in that it's lighter to medium-bodied, not offering much in the way of texture. Red fruits dominate with a ripe quality so it doesn't drink tart. Suggestions of vanilla and sage. Though it's not overly complex or weighty, it does linger nicely with a lengthy finish. Who doesn't like a bowl of fresh cherries?
