December 23, 2017 - D+0h: a tiny, tiny, tiny bit of deposit in the filter and the bottle, smells of raspberry and cherry, D+6,5h: dark as ink, smells of raspberry, blackberry and eucalyptus, medium body, a little bit of residual sugar without tasting sweet, in the mouth blackberry and raspberry, in the aftertaste blackberry and acidity, good length (30 sec), quite one-dimensional, perhaps too young?
