    July 8, 2020 - A: Hazy medium salmon
N: Pronounced nose of apple, cherry, dried orange rind, overripe nectarine, yeast, cinnamon, nuts and acetyldehyde
P: off dry, low alcohol, medium (+) acidity, medium tannin, medium (-) body, pronounced intensity and medium finish.
C: This is right up my alley. Tastes like a Trappist Fruit Beer (says Elliot). Superb.
    BLIC?
Great acid to RS balance. Good complexity and intensity. Would like something more on the finish than sugar and yeastiness. Great with food and superb for the summer. Find this at Specs !
    Try with fish.

March 26, 2020 - Made from Debina and Valhiko.

Hazy orange colour. Dry w. sweet mouthfeel, light mousse, med acid, body and intensity. I love this wine and could drink it all day.

    Drink.

My notes: Resin, pine needles, preserved orange zest, plum compot, cola, oude gueuze, clementine and red grapefruit.

January 11, 2020 - Rose petals, macerated unrivaled oranges and feet. Was quite interesting actually, with a little effervescence, but not my palate. Good to try though!

March 23, 2019 - Very unique and distinct wine. Dark yellow or light orange hazy colour, obviously unfiltered with a nice foam reminiscent of a beer. The nose is very refined with hints of rose petals and peach notes. The palate is rather sweet for a semi-effervescent wine but delivers a nice balance between the sweetness and the bubbles. Short finish but who cares. This is simple but very enjoyable. It’s criminal pleasure given the price.
