    July 4, 2021 - Lemon, butter but without any of the weight, white flowers, nutty. Acid is still racy and very strong carbonation for age due to fairly recent disgorgement. Color is light for the age.

On the palate, fantastic aciidity, mint, and a hint of chamomile, mixed with a pithy bitterness and a suggestion of sweetness. Just so well put-together, and one of my favorite producers.

    December 16, 2018 - So good. Lovely yellow-gold color, not nearly as dark as I might have expected. Tons of life left in this bottle - lovely notes of mushroom and leesy yeast on the nose. A layer of lemony citrus lurking in the background. Very much mirrored on the palette. Plenty of lush bubbles left to keep the mousse racy. Medium body, high acidity, medium low alcohol. Highly recommend.
