November 29, 2018 - We had this with grilled beef tenderloin on 11/29/18. It had a rich, elegant bouquet of earth, cedar, leather, plum, black cherry, licorice and spice aromas. The palate was rich, smooth and elegant with flavors of plum, black cherry, licorice, pepper, spice, leather and minerals. 91+

January 10, 2017 - This had a fragrant, earthy bouquet of cedar, leather, spice box, pepper, plum, and black cherry aromas. The palate was rich, dense, layered and dry with flavors of plum, black cherry, pepper, spice, leather and minerals.
