  November 6, 2018 - Drank from 3.0L at my wedding. I thought it was still holding together really well, but drink ASAP.
  
  Oak was still a little more present than I’d have liked.
  
  Others who don’t like aged wines thought it was drinkable but not their faveorite.
  
  Not shabby for a 16 year old Zin.

Bright, lively red fruit with just enought structure to keep this singing for several more years. No heat or oaky flabbiness so this is very much in the Schrader style of zin. Fantastic.
