May 31, 2020 - Amavi makes solid wines across the board - this deep and dark Syrah is no exception. Jammy with cherry notes, tongue coating too. Good measure of the style.

May 9, 2020 - Still tannic as noted in my last note, but less so. I’m still kinda new at this, but my prediction is that this is about peaked and no need to age it further. Baking spice notes, predominantly cinnamon. Dry, almost dusty on the tongue. Quite food friendly.
