Community Tasting Notes 2

May 14, 2022 - I am drinking my case of this fast. It is ripe. I recommend drinking it at 50-55F as the alcohol is lifted. Peaches, pears, and the honeysuckle all there on a lowish acidity velvety thick alcoholic palate.

June 22, 2021 - Light clear yellow- heady ready sweet honeysuckle nose - thick viscous and concentrated with evident alcohol on nose and palate. Not a lightweight dainty viognier.
