March 18, 2019 - Cederic Bouchard tasting with add-ons. (LystPå resturant Bodø): Round and very elegant feminine nose with inviting Pinot fruit and spices. Lukewarm and tight structure. Not so lively. Raspberry Syrup. Simpler palate compared to what the nose promises.

February 24, 2019 - Darker color with a bit of purple. The fruit is red, though darker red. Very sleek and polished. Needed half an hour of air to settle down. Great now though should age wonderfully.
