June 24, 2016 - After being open for several hours there are some chewy tannons on the finish with this medium body wine. This Grand Epenots still needs more time (4-10 years) but has exquisite balance with elegance and pure meaty red fruit. This wine has excellent complexity on the finish with a polished and classic fell in the mouth. Noticeably better than the 95 Gaunoux Corton Renardes I had last week. Will likely wait until 2020 before opening another bottle of this wine. Great potential and a real beauty. Score 92-93.

July 26, 2015 - Casual Drinks with hawker food: Blue berry dried fruits. Cigar finish with fine tannins.

April 20, 2015 - Mid-brick, amber edges; rich black cherry, earthy nose; tight acids, tannins; semi-lush; long finish; a touch rough; long life ahead.

March 29, 2012 - An extremely sharp acidity and a bit green but interesting. Quite terroir driven and worked very well to the meat at magic restaurant Franzén&Lindeberg in Stockholm.
