March 21, 2022 - slightly darker yellow than previous bottle, similar profile to previous bottle with the exception that the refreshing acidity was not as prominent. Hope this is just bottle to bottle variation and not a sign of decline.

October 19, 2020 - Light yellow, lemon and brioche nose, light medium body, lemon/lime, green apple fruit, maybe a hint of ginger, bright acidity, river rock minerals medium long stone finish. Refreshing and worked well with roasted Alaskan king salmon on a bed of butter braised leeks.

March 21, 2020 - Brilliant medium yellow. Mineral accented citrus, some orchard fruit and fresh herbs on the nose. Bright, fresh and long on the palate with lemon, tart apple and sweet spice flavors. Refreshing and long-lasting finish. This is still quite primary. I expect it will flesh out and open up more with a few more years in the cellar. Drink 2023-2028.
