January 27, 2024 - sour cherry, bosenberry and olive notes, fruit may be starting to subside. Will be interesting to watch. no idea if it gets better with more age.

May 30, 2023 - Medium purple red, very youthful looking. Soft plush plum nose, hints of lilac. Palate follows thru on that, it is soft, plush, but not flabby, as there is good acidity and enough tannic structure to maintain its form. Lots of fruit, with a slightly smoky/meaty hint on the back end. Good length. Ready to go, tasty and not too serious. Quite enjoyed this.

April 13, 2023 - Some medical elements, mint, leather, not high pitched, but mid toned
Clean cheeries at the end, together with fine pottery tannins. Managed good amounts of air. Recommended as an early accesible Cornas by Sir John Livingstone-Learmounth

January 2, 2023 - We have been drinking some massive young Cali wines lately and needed something a little more restrained tonight to go with our lamb dinner. This did the trick. Black fruited, cool climate style syrah a bit tangy rather than sweet and had some nice savory elements. Need to drink some wines like this for awhile to recover from the Napa overdose!

September 9, 2022 - Consumed over four nights over a span of a week. I could only find my written notes for the first night from Coravin. It did develop nicely with time and air (first two nights Coravin, second two with the cork out).

Night 1: Quick medicinal note goes away quickly, smoke, meat, violet, baked earth, very subtle acid, tension, finish is a bit clipped. Very Good++ / Excellent.
