July 26, 2020 - Amertume, agrume, pomme, acidité.

July 10, 2020 - Smells like a Taiwanese Oolong—earthy, steamed bok choy, butterschotch. On the palate, honey, peach, apple, with creamy lemon/lime and smoky/flinty finish (you can taste that limestone). I also get some cucumbers and golden raisins. Nicely integrated oak: bread crust, cardamom, and vanilla. Spot on for an Aligote. Very nice. I’d buy it again. Serve a little colder. I tried it in the Zalto All Purpose glass and it seemed like a good match. Not nearly as good on day 2, so drink up on day 1.

July 6, 2020 - Nose: very delicate notes of apple & peach, flowery notes. 90

Taste: Fruits come forth most pleasantly, a dry, light/medium bodied wine, with a pleasant acidic kick. 91

This is a most refreshing wine a true pleasure and at 20€ an excellent QPR!

February 15, 2020 - Sunfish Cellars Burgundy & Oregon Tasting (Sunfish Cellars/I Nonni Minneapolis, MN): Not too often do you drink an Aligote based wine. Bread crust, shells and orange peel. Short to medium finish and tasty overall.

February 8, 2020 - Wildflower pollen, jasmine. The palate is rich in both fruit and saline. Bright linear, building to the finish. Had this the day after the 2015 and this wins going away. Much more punch and freshness with bright acid with a bit of texture in plus bodied frame. Oak fully integrated into a singular wine. Delicious.
