October 21, 2023 - Neighbourhood gang late night at Maison Dakota. Drank in Grassl Cru.
Appearance is clear, medium intensity, ruby colour with wide garnet rim. Legs.
Nose medium+ intensity, with aromas of meat, earth, dust, sour red cherries. Developed.
On the palate, dry, high acidity, medium alcohol (13%), integrated tannins, medium+ body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of dusty earth, salted meat, sour red cherries, sour plum, mushroom. Long finish.
Very good quality. Gentle and pleasing. Drinking in a great tertiary spot already. Enjoy while it lasts. -

July 10, 2022 - I found the wine overgone and too thin by now. Too little fruit, too much acidity. Should have been drank for a handful of years ago.

July 28, 2021 - Vilket vin!! jag decantera det och lät det luftas ca 3 timmar.
Vinet var lite brunt i tonen lukta lite blöt skog och mossa.
smaken var också lite skog men även lite citrus.
Älskade detta vin men tyvärr fick Mia lite ont i magen av vinet vet inte om det var stark syra i vinet.
The wine looks light brown colored. The legs are medium. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like bark. It tastes like lemon and bark. The body is medium/full. The wine has leathery texture. The wine finishes short. The wine has high acidity.
