March 14, 2019 - Bottles with Tom; 3/7/2019-3/28/2019: Licorice, blackcurrant, redcurrant and some peppery meaty notes. Fairly sweet style on the palate with a burst of red and black fruit. Holding up structurally but probably not a very long term prop.
