July 16, 2019 - The wine looks salmon colored. The legs are fast. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like strawberry. It tastes like strawberry, raspberry and grapefruit. The body is light. The wine has juicy texture. The wine finishes short/medium and has a nice fruity acidity.

May 6, 2019 - What a nice surprise. Taut, crisp, salty notes of cherry 7-Up, peaches, and red currants are lifted by firm structure, limestone minerality, and a pop of citrus acidity. So crunchy, sea breezy, and spritzy, and just really lovely to drink.
