Taste: full bodied, medium+ tannins, medium acidity, strawberry, dried cranberry, dried cherry, leather, black tea, black pepper, noticeable residual sugar, sophisticated, robust, complex, not really my cup of tea but well made -

made from Nebbiolo grapes dried 3 months to enchant the sweet fruit flavor, similar to Amarone wines.
requires at least 15 min to open in the glass
clear, med+ ruby-brown
Med+ aromas intensity of blackberries, anis, roses, wax, sour cherries, plums, tar, sweetened cranberry, pomegranate and apple nose.
developing;
dry, high acidity, high tannins, high abv (15.5%), full body, pronounced flavors intensity consistent with the aromas (but amplified), long tannic finish; excellent complexity;
can drink now - suitable for further aging;
Bottom line: outstanding!
