December 19, 2023 - Pale lemon colour. Small and lovely bubbles. Medium and developing nose with green apples, lemon, yeast and bread dough. Medium taste of green apples, lemon, yeast and bread dough. Medium long and dry finish. High acidity. Medium body. A good Cremant that lacks some complexity. Drink now. Goes well as an aperitif, or with shellfish.
September 19, 2023 - Fine but not persistent mousse.
Sweet nose with notes cream, tropical fruits (mango) and grape brandy. There is a little bit of funk and yeast.
On the palate, it's also not that dry (would've guessed extra dry) with nice mouthfeel but light body. Medium acidity. Passion fruit, lemongrass, pastry.

January 12, 2023 - A sparkling white crémant wine with a golden hinted robe, shows fine delicate bubbles. On the palate the aromas of toast, honeysuckle and fresh fruits are perfectly balanced. Soft, full, powerful and long on the finish. It's the perfect start to any dinner party.
2017 vintage was awarded the Golden Medal at the Terre de Vins Competition in France.
September 16, 2022 - Lemon zest, orange zest, fresh green apple, fresh pear. Interesting almond note throughout. Medium bodied, rounded and crisp with an agreeable mousse.
Every other review of this seems to mention that it's $18 or so. It's very hard to find bubbles of this caliber for that price.

July 5, 2019 - Meget frugt uden at være sød- melon, æble, lidt græs. Stenet mineralitet. Mangler måske lidt mere syre.
December 24, 2017 - Very fruity without being sweet. Full mouthfeel. Hint of creaminess.
