Nez expressif. Miel de trèfle, fruits exotiques.
Bouche généreuse, texture grasse, écorce d'orange, hydromel. Notes oxydatives.

Nez agrumes, foin sec, impression de minéralité.
En bouche, rondeur, poire, pêche, épices (à préciser).
Une finale ou se manifeste une acidité qui maintient la tenue et la persistance.

May 22, 2020 - Very gratifying white from this rather remote area in south west France. The bouquet starts with roasted almonds and nectarines. The palate is fresh with some citrus fruit and slightly positive oxidised mouthfeel. Very nice indeed.
