May 12, 2019 - Ooh this is GOOD! (Which also means the bottle one year ago was indeed defective.) Interesting tan-beige color. Red apple skin, ranier cherry and spice tea on the nose and palate, persistent fine bubble, dry/clean finish. If I'd been served this blind would have been convinced it was 100% pinot meunier. I swooned thru the last drop.
