January 1, 2023 - This wine is one of the reasons why some say the blends rule. It is in a perfect place right now. Yes, theres the WS cherries in the profile, but so much more. Some cinnamon and pepper, also cola and root beer. Long, long complex finish. Im on the WS allocation list for over 20 years and I can unequivocally say that this is some great juice.

May 28, 2021 - Ruby red in color. 13.3% ABV. Pretty nose of red fruits, cloves, cherry cola and forest floor. Medium body with exquisite acidity. Bing cherry, cranberry, minerals and earth on the palate. Exceptional length on the finish. Years ago this wine seemed over priced for what was in the bottle. Since then the quality has gone up and the price has held steady. The wine feels like a steal now at $39. One of the best versions of this wine in recent memory. Best over the next 2-4 years.

January 31, 2021 - Drink this now and into the future. Acidity and tannins have integrated wonderfully. The fruit is everywhere, on the nose, the palate and the finish. This is a great blend and wonderful representation of Central Coast pinot.

April 4, 2020 - Solid Pinot. Enjoyed it. More fruit than funk. Can taste the brightness. Cherries, etc. Bigger mouth feel. Good acidity and long finish
