August 5, 2021 - The 2015 is holding up well. Really liked that it was full-bodied yet had plenty of acidity to pair with grilled halibut and veggies. Nice sipper after the meal too.

February 24, 2018 - Would love to taste this reversed, with just a bit more Sauvignon Blanc than Semillion. Thinking that would provide more depth and interest. Still, it is a unique beverage as it is, and would be perfect for summer’s eve party.
