    December 12, 2021 - 100% Sauvignon Blanc
    from 1 ha Les Monts Damnés with marl (chalky-clayey “Terres blanches”) soil.
    Certified High Environmental Value Level 3.
    Manual harvest and field sorting. Pneumatic pressing and cold settling.
    Fermentation in mix of new and 1-wine 228 L barrels. Aged in wood.
    13% Abv.
    History: Bernard Bailly married Marie-Thérèse Reverdy in 1952.
    Son Jean-François (d. 2006) joined in 1979.
    Younger son Franck joined in 1991.
    Aurélien, Jean-François's son in charge of vineyards since 2010.
    Proprietors: Franck and Aurelien Bailly (uncle and nephew)

    A(ccuracy)=2: Bright lemon/straw. Tense, pure varietal.
    B(alance)=3: Intense fruit with crisp acid structure.
    C(omplexity)=2: Citrus, tree fruits, spices, mineral.
    D(epth)=1: Round mouthfeel. Good length and finish.
