    March 8, 2018 - PNP. cork leaky to top w some mold. color goldish. nose has secondary structure with light TDN. swishing shows tertiary flavors with some pineapple and hints of grapefruit. sipping shows perfect balance between secondaries and acid. this is fully resolved and showing no RS.
    AS this chills the RS actually becomes more noticeable. recommend just cooler than cellar temp for optimal acid RS balance.
