Community Tasting Notes 2

May 2, 2019 - guess i forgot my last note. PNP. cork wet to top and a little moldy. color light straw. nose has some matchstick and citrus peel. great acidity and still showing some residual sugar. well balanced. if i had more would wait for 5 more yrs for complete resolution. good stuff

June 6, 2018 - brief note. this is very good i think. still showing residual sugar but has adequuate acidity. this is more youthful than expected for 16 yrs old. will give it more time to finish integrating the sugar.
