July 14, 2023 - Garnet color with some onion skin edge. 4 hour decant. Aroma of almond and berries. On the palate, the longer decant has helped to really soften the tannins. Otherwise the palate is raspberry and blackberry. More acidity than what I would expect.
Not complicated. Pretty good food wine. Definitely would benefit from another year or 2 in the cellar. -

March 1, 2023 - Still too early to really enjoy at it's fullest. A bit closed. After hour 3 and a meal it started to soften. Give 2 years more at least
