February 2, 2021 - Really opened up after a few hours. Savory, earthy, balanced, with acwonderful lingering finish. Very soft tannins and vibrant acidity. A bit pricey, but outstanding.

October 3, 2020 - Refreshing and vibrant on the first taste, a lovely wine with light minerality, salinty, fruit and gentle oak. This is a simple clean crisp supple wine to drink. Showing No signs of age this wine drinks like it is years younger. A gentle expression of sonoma coast and the wine maker.

April 3, 2020 - Throwdown – Failla (Fort Ross) vs. Cakebread (Annahala Ranch) vs. Arnot-Roberts (Legan)
All good, yes very good. Failla won tonight, but A-R had better QPR. Cakebread was just fine, but not better than the other guys.
Failla – Extraordinary wine. Medium/light body. Pale Ruby. Deep, rich, smooth raspberry flavors. Light soft finish. Pricy but worth it. Exceptional with happy hour and dinner.1 person found this helpful Comment
