May 17, 2020 - Last bottle, this is a rose that really does develop more as a crisp white wine rater than a Rose. It is still quite attractive 2 1/2 plus years after its creation. In fact I almost think it superior to that first high ester wine I tasted in 2019.

June 20, 2019 - By the glass. Direct, fruity and fresh wine with notes of melon and peach. Slightly artificial. Also sweet spices. Monotonous and predictable. Urgent delivery to Kurtz.

Por copas. Vino directo, frutal y fresco con notas a melón y melocotón. Ligeramente artificial. También a especias dulces. Monótono y predecible. Para Kurtz.

May 15, 2019 - very pale orange-bronze appearance, aromas of melon, pear, orange peel and hibiscus, sharp in the mouth, dry, medium bodied, flavors of blood orange, mineral and lemon-lime appear on the palate and hold on for a long finish, mouthwatering for sure, versatile with food

May 5, 2019 - Delicious rose. No formal notes. For me it did have some nice melon and acidity. Not creamy the way many provincial style rosés tend to show

March 1, 2019 - A cold, gray, late winter day and I'm drinking . . . rosé? Yes. This, and a sibling, were wines left over from last summer that I came across this morning while shifting boxes in the cellar. The wine has the structure and intensity to match very well with the eggplant gratin I had for lunch. Good acidity and grip, freshness, strawberry fruit, silkiness to the body. Quite lovely. Cellared since original release.
