October 27, 2018 - VDP Tasting Tour (Hotel am Schlossgarten, Stuttgart): *** brief impression from a public tasting – no rating ***
Nose: driven by fine casis, herbs and spices. Beautiful!
Palate: Dry, medium+ acidity, fine, medium+ tannin. Lots of Cassis, herbs, black pepper, some cacao. Good tension. Juicy and expressive! Makes a lot of fun now, but I am not sure if it is not a bit too much :) Would be interesting to see, how this wine will age. 92++
