July 23, 2022 - Random wines tasted during service (Oinoscent): The wine shows riper profile than Cotta 2017, bigger with more density and depth, a few more dried fruit notes too, more savoury, the same herbal "cluster" notes as well, it smells a touch more bitter
Palate shows far more aggressive character, than Cotta, harsh drying tannins, red fresh currants and cherries, medium body, high acidity, long finish
