December 3, 2018 - Beware! Drinks like a charm.
On day 1 it's rather creamy and more structured.
On day 2 it get's fresher with prominent acidity.
On day 3 it get's more balanced.
Pairs well with a mortadella. Cleans the palate very well!

October 12, 2018 - This vintage spent one more year in the cellar as it needed more time to integrate all the elements. This is by far the best vintage I have tasted. There is this magic tension which makes the wine full of joy. Very long finish.
Tasted two versions:
- clear 93p
- cloudy 95p
Overall: I just love the cloudy version, which is actually not available for a sale at all.
