  November 4, 2020 - Overall, it’s a nicely crafted wine. I continue to be disappointed with Darioush in that I think that they are generally over-priced and more about presentation than content. This wine is no exception. It is as good as it’s going to get but it is far from exceptional.

  July 18, 2020 - A pleasant first experience with this wine. Cherry, black currants, espresso, herbs, tobacco, smooth tannins, and plenty of concentration and energy deliver an overall great expression of Cab Franc across the whole palate (no green bell pepper or other green herbs noted.) Nice long finish with waves of energy and fruit, all well controlled. Better after a 1 hour decant.

  January 26, 2020 - Rich and voluptuous Darioush Cab Franc. On the palate blackberry, blueberry, espresso, sprinkled with pencil lead and cigar box. Firm, finely grained tannins. A wonderful wine and paired with Italian Spiced Panko encrusted inch thick pork chops made for a gorgeous evening.
