May 21, 2023 - A little too acidic and sour...strawberry cherry raspberry with dark fruit...good finish and strucure

February 13, 2023 - JT and Marty Super Bowl Extravaganza (Chez Newman): Good quality village Vosne. Still young, but with nice ripe darker fruits, plenty of spice notes. Good concentration and easy to enjoy.

October 9, 2021 - For a generic Vosne-Romanee, this is a very fine wine. With Michel Gros, you would expect no less. Light in colour in the glass, but with a perfumed nose of muted dark-sweet wood and strawberry; the palate is also light, but there is residual fruit behind it.

What impresses, above all, is the quality of winemaking of this wine (and my comments extend to almost all of the new generation of Burgundy producers). You can taste their commitment to what they are doing, and their determination to keep their wines as integral as possible.

May 2, 2021 - Pale ruby. Intense rose floral nose, and rich with red cherry and redcurrant, as well as a hint of brine and limestony minerals. Mouthwatering acids, and elegant, with tart cherry flavours and a bit of almonds, as well as a big dried floral bouquet, and soft minerals. Fair length and complex. Great!

November 8, 2020 - Delicious. Rasberry, tobacco, licorice. Very drinkable but this could lay down for some time. Really good burgundy for the price.
