May 19, 2022 - Monthly tasting club "The Tasting Club": Pinot Noir; Cote d´Or (@ BD): Beautiful bouquet with fresh red berries, like strawberries and raspberries, a bit lactic and earthy. On the palate autumn impressions, earth, the same fruits as in the bouquet and very juicy with a touch of sweetness and a good length.

December 22, 2019 - Medium rød med en litt tett kjerne. Kirsebær, mørke bær, en snodig duft som får meg mot bounty sjokolade (da spesifikt kokos), svake fattoner. Med tiden ble litt mere bacon preg. En sprek syre med en kjølig frukt som opplevdes ganske mørk. Tørrende tanniner, sitter lenge. Virker som at denne vil ha god glede av å få litt mere tid, svært vellaget men virker litt luftavhengig. 91-92p, tror den kan ha potensiale for 1 poeng med noen år på baken.

May 10, 2019 - Bottle Tasting of 2016s with Patrice Rion (Premeaux-Prissey): The climat of 1.8 ha that Patrice showed us out of the window, just below the forest. "The old vines here produce an average of 25 hl per ha, less in 2016", Patrice noted. A more vibrant, interesting bouquet. As well as tilled soil, there are spices, blackberries, dark cherries and other black fruit. A sweet-seeming, juicy, relatively refined entry to the palate. Spherical tannins. The 75 year old vines provide significant mid palate weight and matière. The power and structure hits you on the back palate.
