July 30, 2023 - Intense dark cherry with bracing acidity, medium body and very smooth.
June 17, 2022 - Strawberry and menthol on the nose. On the palate, cherry, rhubarb, and notes of blackberry and earthy spice on the medium finish, with no noticeable tannins and strong acidity. This is a very good value at about $40.

March 20, 2020 - Dark cherry & red/dark mixed berries, nice acidity, a slight savoury/barnyard note. gentle oak. if this is their entry level wine, it is amazing.
December 31, 2019 - Pale garnet. Musty nose of sour cherries, boysenberry, earth, forest floor, ash and clove.
Palate is puckery sour cherry and rhubarb, leather and bittersweet chocolate. M alcohol, medium body, fresh and stringent medium plus acid.
Two hours after opening the acidity has folded into the fruit with a lingering finish.
October 8, 2018 - Winebow / Vintage Burgundy Tasting (ella - Chicago IL): Tasting, brief note. Black fruit with some rustic/ coarse edges, even with good power and length for its level. Better to cellar another year or two.
