October 2, 2011 - Slight green pepper, not annoying, nose.

December 31, 2009 - Deep purplish color with a heavy nose of herbs and minerals. Nice earth taste with slight oak and more pronounced vanilla. Alcohol was a little too strong but some more time in the bottle and/or decanting will help mellow it out. Nice once-a-week wine.
