June 4, 2022 - Really a nice wine. Definitely new world and on the big side; however, nice balance and weight in mouth. That’s the trick if this wine - from the nose, I expected it to be an alcohol or sugar bomb but it wasn’t either. It’s quite delicate on the palate and finish for a CA GSM. Really nice tobacco and currant notes underlie entire vertical. Long finish.

November 2, 2020 - Grenache predominant (70%) GSM blend. PnP, Still a little young, but drinking very well. Nose of dark cherry fruit, somewhat mellow. Dark ruby color, good clarity. Tannins will benefit from more time in the bottle, but not too harsh. Dark fruit flavors, great balance, explodes in the mouth and long , rich finish. This wine is beautiful now, but I think it will get better with a few more years.
