October 31, 2022 - Still drinking ok but relatively lean now. Savoury with a ferric edge provides interest. Don’t think it will improve any further.

November 17, 2019 - I believe the grape here is Listan Negra, which to my understanding is the same grape as the Mission grape grown in California and Baja. Mission seems to be making a boutique level comeback but all of the ones I have tried have been very simple and "winey" to me. This Canary Island version is not...

Earthy, volcanic, salinity wrapped around bright red fruit with a hint of spritz at the end. I would say not a wine for everybody but I absolutely love it! Very unique. I would say it is meant for early consumption.

September 26, 2019 - tea-cherry colour, very pale rim; slightly cloudy. nose: a lot of white pepper, some lovage, nutmeg plus fruits - redcurrants, cherries; intense. taste: high acidity; pepper, earth, pencil shavings; some chicken stock, lovage; quite good dosage of low grainy tannins; long finish with pencil box notes, slightly biterish. funky stuff.

August 17, 2019 - Youthful and energetic with cherry and cranberry aromas accented with flinty undertones and smoke. Lively and succulent on the palate with marked acidity and refined tannins.
