May 21, 2019 - Absolutely love this, and in prime drinking window now. Pronounced red ruby grapefruit this time around. Juicy, fat, acidic with sweet finish. Quality rose for the style.

April 5, 2019 - Fat and juicy rose that comes in at 15.6% abv. Nice strawberry fruit and a hint of minerality. Drink up.

September 29, 2018 - 15.6% abv. Luminescent coral color. Watermelon, rose petal, juicy goodness. Med length, full and viscous for a rose but that’s HS style. Full throttle rose for those who love it. Label says serve at 60 deg, I’d suggest no warmer. Ready to drink.

July 17, 2018 - On day two. Smells a bit like onions. Suprisingly delicious although very thick. Warm on the palate.

April 12, 2018 - Okay. This is a little pricey for a rose, but it really delivers. Deep extraction and a fruity start with bitters as a second layer. Finishes very dry and sustained. Long legs. This is a great food wine and great by itself.

April 3, 2018 - 15.6% alc. Why not. Poolside? Or just after hours? Smells like lees, or one taster notes, burnt popcorn. It full bore rose. Doesn't even need to be pale. Might as well be red. But I kinda like it.
